Cairnbrook is a small borough located in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 0.7 square miles (1.8 km²), all of it land. As of the 2010 census, the population of Cairnbrook was 424.
Cairnbrook is part of the Windber Area School District and is home to the Cairnbrook Historic District, which is included on the National Register of Historic Places. The town has a post office, a volunteer fire department, and a community park.
